Gas with ammonia-like odor under normal temperature.m.p.-92.2°C,b.p.-6.9°C, Specific gravity 0.68.Easily soluble in alcohol,ether,water,and etc. Easily burn.

Uses

Used to produce DMF,water treatment agent,surfactant,pesticides,dimethylaminoethanol, etc.

Packing and storage

Anhydrous Dimethyl amine,use tank truck or steel cylinder; Dimethyl amine solution,use 200L metal pail. Tightly closed to store in cool and ventilated places,avoid sunlight and using units which easily cause static electricity,prevent from striking and vibrating.
